After a beautiful sunrise this morning, the temperature quickly climbed from a low of 52F to the middle 70s as of early afternoon. With dew points in the middle 40s today the visibility has been excellent in the 75-80 mile range. Small cumulus began to form this afternoon, though the sky has remained mostly sunny. The blueberry plants on the summit began showing some color last weekend, and the first ripe blueberry was picked on June 19th, which was just two days earlier than the mean date.
