Today started much like yesterday, with cool temperatures, lots of clouds,
and some light rain.  By mid-late morning, however, the rain stopped as
some drier air started to work in.  We've also seen the clouds break up
somewhat early this afternoon, with a few breaks of sunshine observed as
well, but the sky has remained mostly cloudy.  The temperature has risen to
just 71F so far this afternoon, which is well below average but a little
warmer than yesterday, when we had a high temperature of only 68F and the 
temperature held in the low-mid 60s for much of the afternoon.  The
68F high for yesterday is the coolest high temperature since 67F on June 13,
and yesterday's -8 degree mean temperature departure makes it the coolest 
day relative to average since May 29.  Winds have been light and onshore 
again today, averaging only about 5mph.  Rainfall from the past two days has
added up to only 0.12 inches.
