MOSTLY CLOUDY AND VERY HUMID TODAY...

The morning low of 69 this morning was unusually warm for early 
September, and this will tie the record high minimum for the date set 
in 1999, unless the temperature drops below this by midnight. This is 
possible with a cold front and rain showers now approaching from the west.  
The sky has been partly to mostly cloudy with a high overcast much of the 
day, and as of early afternoon, lower clouds are beginning to fill more 
of the sky as the rain showers get closer. There as has been a steady
breeze from the south all day, and the dew point has remained in 
the upper 60s.  The peak gust so far today has been 39 mph, 34 kts
from the south at 11:45 AM and 12:32 PM EST.
