Our overnight low this morning was 42F recorded at midnight. Winds have been very gusty out of the south today, with a peak gust of 40 mph thus far. With temperatures dropping so low yesterday, the month of October now stands slightly below normal. However, due to today's late rise in temperatures, that departure will go slightly above normal tomorrow. Rain showers have passed through beginning shortly after 6:00 EDT and lasted through much of the morning, leaving behind 0.09 inch. As these showers moved offshore visibility rose back up to about 30-40 miles. The sun has even made an appearance beginning early this afternoon. Today's observations: 7 A.M.
