Only a few cirrus and altocumulus have been observed late this morning and this afternoon. A brisk NW wind is gusting at times to 25-30 mph. The NW wind has been brining in a drier air mass today, with the dew point temperature falling into the mid 20s this afternoon. Temperatures are noticeably warmer since yesterday, but still running a couple of degrees below normal. Today will likely mark the 7th consecutive day of below normal temperatures.
