ANOTHER VERY SUNNY MID-DECEMBER DAY

The sky has been almost completely clear for much of the day with 
a few distant stratocumulus offshore and a few cirrus briefly 
obscuring the sun for a few minutes following sunrise shortly 
after 7 AM. The low temperature of 31 was much warmer than the 
average minimum in the mid-20s, and the high temperature has
reached the average high of 40 as of early afternoon, so this
will be another warmer than average day.  Visibility was in 
the 40-45 mile range earlier has climbed to 75 miles by mid-day,
with the dew point temperature dropping to the lower 20s 
by early afternoon.
