A cold front is expected to cross the region tomorrow ushering in a fall-like air mass. In the meantime, Tropical Storm Maria will be passing just to the west of Bermuda with its sights possibly set on Newfoundland. Earlier this week-- the remnants of Hurricane Katia, which had moved all the way eastward across the Atlantic, after passing between the East Coast and Bermuda last week, brought gale to storm force winds to the British Isles on Monday with sustained winds of 62 MPH winds gusting to over 80 MPH in the Scottish Highlands.
