CONTINUED COOL TEMPERATURES WITH VERY LIGHT DRIZZLE 
IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON; SUN MAKES A FEW BRIEF 
APPEARANCES THROUGH SMALL BREAKS IN OVERCAST

Temperatures remain a few degrees below normal for 
the third straight day as the sun stays hidden 
behind overcast skies. Only a few brief breaks in 
the overcast occurred during the day today with 
just a few minutes of sunshine breaking through.  
Very light drizzle was observed briefly early 
this afternoon.
