WARM AND HUMID TODAY WITH LOWER CLOUDS MOVING IN
AHEAD OF EXPECTED AND MUCH NEEDED RAINFALL...
The dew point has remained in the upper 60s today although
the temperature has climbed only a few degrees above the
average in the low 80s.  Some sunshine earlier is beginning
to fade as lower clouds approach from the west ahead of
rain expected to arrive later today or tomorrow.  Only
0.82 inches of precipitation has been measured since the
middle of July.
