BLUE HILL METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATORY MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02186 ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA   DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY TUESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2008     ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME UNLESS NOTED    SUNNY, MUCH COOLER AND DRIER WITH 80 MILES VISIBILITY ANOTHER VERY SUNNY DAY--AUGUST TURNS INTO A SUNNY MONTH   After the very warm and humid weather of yesterday, a cold frontal passage ushered in much cooler and much drier air overnight and early today.  Dew points have dropped from the 60's to the 40's and visibility has gone up from only 12 miles yesterday in haze to an unlimited 80 miles today.   Since mid-August very sunny days have prevailed. After only 43% of the possible sunshine during the month's first half the next ten days averaged 90%.
