HIGH CLOUDS CLEARED AWAY RAPIDLY THIS MORNING
REINFORCEMENT OF ARCTIC AIR TODAY
GUSTY WEST WINDS OF OVER 40 MPH EARLY AFTERNOON
 
An early morning high overcast cleared away very 
quickly by 9 a.m. this morning and a sunny sky is
dotted with cumulus clouds early this afternoon. 
Temperatures are runing a few degrees colder than 
yesterday with a morning low of 8 degrees as compared
to 10 degrees early yesterday.  Early afternoon high 
temperatures have reached only the low 20's and dew-
points have dropped to the single numbers below zero.  
Early this afternoon west winds have suddenly increased 
and gusted past 40 MPH with a peak gust of 47 MPH W on 
the Aerovane at 1:10 P.M.
