Yesterday's rain was briefly a downpour with about 0.20 inch falling in just 10 minutes ending at 5:30 p.m. but the total for yesterday was only 0.23 inch and so the very dry month of June continues with only 1.07 inches through early this afternoon. The month is averaging about 3 degrees warmer than normal and sunshine is 54% of possible through yesterday with no sunshine for today through early this afternoon.
