TODAY'S DISCUSSION...11 a.m.

Sunny, hazy Indian summer type weather occurring today with temperatures approaching 70 degrees
late this morning.  The morning low was a relatively mild 54 with a normal low for this
date of 45 degrees. Colorful foliage is increasing along the Neponset River Valley just
to our west but it appears peak color is still a few days away as the colors continue
less than brilliant today.

TODAY'S OBSERVATIONS...

8 a.m. clear with few high thin clouds and 10 miles visibility with
thin fog below summit and inversion estimated top northwest to north
about 5 hundred feet; temp. 56; dewpoint 50; wind ssw at 12 mph;
six hourly min. temp. 54 deg.
