After four days with clouds and fog and rain, the sun returned today with a moderate NW wind. Much drier air is moving in with that wind and the dew point has dropped from the low 50s just after midnight to the upper 20s at mid-day. A peak wind gust to 39 mph NW has occurred at 12:21 PM EDT.
