DISCUSSION....
The temperature hit a maximum of 86.2 degrees yesterday in the Hazen
shelter for the highest reading of the year to date. The May temperature
average continues to increase above the normal now up by over 4 degrees.
Precipitation for the month to date is very near the normal at 1.4 inches.
