Through Sunday, 2/24, the February mean of 32.9 is the 8th warmest February on record, and the DJF mean of 34.6 is warmest by 2 whole degrees. The normal mean for February is 28.2 and the normal winter mean is 28.4, so we're running 6 degrees above normal for the winter.
